La vallée des orchidées

2024

Ink and watercolour on rice paper. The artwork celebrates the harmony between the strength of the pine, the delicacy of the orchids, and the vastness of the night sky. In the spirit of sumi-e, the empty space becomes an essential part of the composition, allowing the landscape to breathe and inviting the viewer to linger in this suspended moment between earth and sky.
