The Breath of the Moment

2025

Ink and pigment on rice paper A chrysanthemum spills from its pot in a cascade of flowers and foliage, captured through the expressive fluidity of sumi ink. Delicately resting on a blossom, a dragonfly brings a touch of iridescent green, the only burst of color in the composition. Its presence evokes lightness, transformation, and the fleeting beauty of the moment.
